080U, independently operated by an individual

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how independently operated 080U processes information for its website and H5 service. Send privacy requests to the contact email on this page.

Contact email: cs@080u.com

1. Information you provide

We process email, account identifiers, nickname, avatar, language preferences, and related points, game, activity and order records. Delivery features also process recipient name, phone number and address. Support messages and attachments help us handle your requests.

2. Google and X sign-in

When you choose social sign-in and authorize it, Google or X provides account identifiers, email and basic profile information to Supabase Auth within the authorization scope to create or restore your 080U account. We do not ask for Google/X passwords, wallet private keys or recovery phrases. You can manage authorization in the provider's account settings.

3. Payments, devices and security

Depending on the features you use, we process payment addresses, transaction references, order status, IP addresses, sign-in records, browser, operating system and device identifiers to reconcile records, identify anomalies and protect accounts. The relevant blockchain determines the visibility of public on-chain information.

4. Purposes and analytics

We use information for authentication, service delivery, orders and rewards, support, security and necessary audits. When enabled, PostHog product analytics records page visits, feature actions, language and loading performance; signed-in events can be associated with an internal account identifier. The current configuration disables session replay and respects the browser's Do Not Track signal.

5. Browser storage

Sessions, language, device preferences and local strategies use cookies or browser storage; enabled analytics can also use browser identifiers. You can manage or clear them in browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect sign-in and saved preferences.

6. Providers and sharing

We use Supabase for authentication, databases and storage, hosting services such as Vercel, and email, network acceleration and configured analytics providers. Google/X processes its own account data under its policies. Information needed for fulfillment, security or legal requirements is provided to the relevant recipients for those purposes. Some providers may process information outside your region; contact us for details.

7. Retention and security

Retention depends on account and service use, order fulfillment, disputes, security, audits and applicable legal requirements. Transaction records required for legal or reconciliation purposes, and backups still in rotation, may remain after you stop using the service. We use safeguards including access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and updates

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction; withdraw consent-based processing; object to processing; or complain to a competent authority. We verify identity and explain information we must retain or other applicable limits. Updated policies and dates are published here.
